What is Consumer Directed Services?
Consumer Directed Services is a Missouri Medicaid program that allows eligible individuals who need personal care assistance to have a greater role in directing their care.
Eligible participants may have more choice in selecting and directing the person who provides their authorized care, subject to program rules.
Chavera Family Care supports the administrative side of the program while participants remain at the center of their care decisions.
